The Phillies just made the biggest signing of them all this offseason.
According to Jon Heyman Bryce Harper and the Philadelphia Phillies have agreed to a deal with the Phillies.
Harper was the first overall selection in the 2010 MLB Draft at 17 years old. He made his MLB debut with the Nats at the age of 19 and became the National League Rookie of the Year. By '15, he had blossomed into the NL MVP Award winner and has been in the conversation for the best player in baseball for the last couple of years.
