Artist Creates Mookie Betts Portrait Ahead Of Spring Training Opener

Earlier today before the Dodgers first Spring Training game vs. the Oakland A's, Major League Baseball official social media account shared an incredible Mookie Betts artwork. Here is what they said on the piece:

Mookie Betts finished second in the National League MVP voting, won Gold Glove and Silver Slugger awards, shined in all phases during the postseason, and helped lead the franchise to its first World Series title in 32 years.

Although, Mookie Betts wasn’t too impressed with his individual performance. At least that’s what he portrayed during an in-person, distanced media scrum Friday.

“I mean, it was serviceable,” Betts, 28, said. “It got the job done. That’s what we’re here for.”

Mookie Betts is looking to capture is third World Series ring in this 2021 season with one of the best Dodger teams of all-time on paper.
